***COVID-19 Cancellation Policy***
As a result of the high volume of cancellations and rescheduled events, we, unfortunately, will not be able to offer any refunds on cancelled events but instead a full credit with us to use at any time in the future. With almost all events across the UK being cancelled as a result of fears of COVID-19 there are serious concerns about the future of the events industry as a whole and the survival of event hire companies. Since the UK moved to its current containment phase and with further restrictions predicted it has become clear that weddings, events and hire companies are facing an unprecedented challenge; it is essential that across the industry we mitigate the impact of COVID-19 and as a result, our policy offers our customers the most flexibility we are able to during these challenging times.

1.All hired goods remain our property ,the Customer is responsible for the hired goods during the period of their 24hour hire.
2.Tac Wedding Decoration require a holding (re-fundable) deposit on all items
3.The agreement for the hire of goods is between TAC Wedding Decoration and the Customer, not the venue unless goods are being hireddirectly by the venue.
4.TAC weddig decoration will charge the Customer for any costs due to terms and conditions being broken. It is then the responsibility of the Customer to reclaim any of these costs from the venue if the venue was at fault.
5.Shortages and damages to hired goods will be charged at full replacement value and delivery to The Owner. No substitute item will be accepted by The Owner.
6.Goods must be ready for collection at the agreed location at the correct date and time. A charge is made for an aborted delivery/collection by the courier and The Owner where the
venue/customer is at fault
7.Goods must be collected exactly as given, weather being in a box or bag.
8.Charges will be made for any damaged goods including goods that have been dragged on the floor, ground in earth stains, burns, holes, rips and tears, candle wax, grease or deep
staining. Tac Wedding Decoration will be taken from your deposit .
9.Cancelation fees do apply which will be stated on all contracts.
10.Charges will also be made for replacement boxes/bags.
11.Damaged goods remain the property of TAC Wedding Decoration
12.If goods are not returned at the end of the agreed hire period TAC Wedding Decoration retain the right to charge for the cost of replacement goods to honour any bookings where the goods are required.
